What do you do at Delphi?
I’m a recruitment consultant and a bit of a “puzzle solver.” I look for the perfect fit to fill gaps in companies, advising both businesses and candidates.
What excites you about your work?
I’m driven by curiosity – about topics, connections, and people. I love meeting new, exciting personalities. Since candidates need to fit companies as much as companies need to fit candidates, I’m always interested in the person behind the resume. This is often inspiring and enriching.
How do you balance your work at Delphi?
It varies, but the best way is at the theater – preferably with friends. Groovy jazz – ideally live. Or in my garden – with sunshine, a glass of white wine, and time for “Die ZEIT”.
