Commitment

Children and family are particularly close to our hearts. After all, we are (almost) all mothers or fathers. That’s why we actively support children and families at work and at home.

LuKuLuLe e.V.

The non-profit association offers courses and workshops for children and young people under the motto “LUst an KUnst und LUst am LEben.” The offer ranges from voice training, songwriting and hip-hop to instrumental courses and acting. The aim is to promote creativity and tolerance by countering society, which is increasingly characterized by individualization and isolation, with a positive attitude towards “living together”. This is achieved through the unifying power of art and music.

MUTTERSCHAFFT

The MUTTERSCHAFFT initiative was launched by Delphi with the aim of getting mothers back to work. As employees, these women are often highly committed and provide a lot of impetus – but the economy often only sees the problems that can arise in connection with outdated working models. This is where we want to take targeted action, educate and mediate, because otherwise an enormous potential of well-trained and motivated workers will be lost. We ourselves have a very successful mix of part-time and full-time employees, mothers and fathers, experienced colleagues and junior staff in our team, which encourages us to continue developing the MUTTERSCHAFFT project.
