I try to help companies find the right employees and help people to realize their full potential in the world of work.
What about your work inspires you?
It is an exciting and always shifting landscape; you learn to understand people and their needs. Again and again, you come across positions that you never thought about before or even knew existed … that’s what makes it exciting.
How do you balance your life with Delphi?
I do everything possible – once in a while, if I can, something new that I haven’t experienced yet, and then again the usual, which is great too …
