What do you do at Delphi?
As a recruiting consultant, my job is to bring people and companies together and create a basis for the further development of both parties. The focus is on the search, approach and selection of candidates.
What about your work inspires you?
Every day I have the opportunity to get to know people with exciting CVs and diverse corporate cultures. The responsibility for an optimal match between candidate and company motivates me anew in every project.
How do you balance your life with Delphi?
A day by the sea with good friends and family, travelling and also a ride-out in the forest on my horse create the right balance.
