What do you do at Delphi?
I introduce people to positions that they are going to fill – only they don’t know it yet.
What about your work inspires you?
… the process of searching and finding, and successfully closing the deal. Along the way, I get immersed in many fascinating fields and talk with great people about their backgrounds. Another thing that is important to my work is my wonderful co-workers and the opportunity to contribute actively and independently to the process as a recruiter.
How do you balance your life with Delphi?
I am a family person! I recharge with my family and our dog. And with good food – very important!
