What do you do at Delphi?
My goal is to make clients happy, working as a team of key “problem-solvers” for all recruiting issues. It is important to me for every employee to develop their full potential, because it will make us unbeatable.
What about your work inspires you?
No one day is like another. I’m not exaggerating when I speak of a real variety of tasks. The media landscape has been expanding for years, and in terms of technology too our area is getting more and more demanding. I believe that we are making an important contribution toward bringing the right people together with the right companies. That is good.
How do you balance your life with Delphi?
In many different ways: Maybe a few days at and on Lake Garda or a sporting round of golf.
