What do you do at Delphi?
I am an HR consultant and somehow also a “puzzle master” – I look for the perfect piece to add to a defined hole in the company, so I advise both companies and candidates.
What about your work inspires you?
I am driven by curiosity – about issues, connections, and people. I love meeting new, exciting personalities all the time. Because candidates have to be as good a fit for the company as the company is for the candidates, I am always interested in the person behind the CV. Often it’s inspiring and enriching.
How do you balance your life with Delphi?
In many ways, but the best way is to go to the theatre – ideally with friends. Grooving to jazz – live is best. Or in my garden – preferably with sun, a glass of white wine, and time for the “DIE ZEIT”.
