What do you do at Delphi?
I work as a Recruiting Consultant and manage the applicant process for my projects.
What excites you about your work?
Every project is a new challenge, finding suitable candidates with exciting resumes for our clients. I interact with people from different industries, sectors, and cultures, expanding my knowledge daily. Working with my fantastic colleagues is a lot of fun.
How do you balance your work at Delphi?
Spending time with family and friends is most important. Cooking together, traveling, and enjoying weekends in the countryside whilst gardening. My latest project is building a self-sustaining greenhouse.
